The Save to BrickBear Chrome extension ("Extension", "we", "us") is designed to help real estate professionals
extract property data from real estate websites and save it to their BrickBear accounts. This privacy policy

Information We Collect
User-Provided Information
- BrickBear API keys (stored locally in Chrome's encrypted storage)
- Team ID for your BrickBear account
- Optional AI API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic) for enhanced content analysis

- Other real estate websites as needed
Important: The extension only extracts publicly available information and does not access
private user data, login credentials, or personal information on these websites.
User Rights and Control
- Data Access: You can view and modify your API keys through the extension's settings
- Data Deletion: Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data
- Opt-out: You can disable the extension at any time through Chrome's extensions manager
- Selective Use: You choose when and which properties to extract data from
Data Retention
- Local settings and API keys are retained until you uninstall the extension
- Property data sent to BrickBear is retained according to BrickBear's data retention policies
- No data is retained by the extension itself beyond local settings
Compliance
- We respect website terms of service and robots.txt files
- We only extract publicly available information
- We do not circumvent access controls or authentication systems
- We comply with applicable data protection regulations
